The grapes used for Versare Cabernet Sauvignon are sourced from specially selected terraces in the top quality districts of Veneto. Deep ruby red, almost opaque. With a distinct and intense bouquet of black fruits and bramble. The palate is dry and full bodied, with luscious blackberry and blackcurrant flavours with good structure and restrained elegance. This full bodied red wine is the perfect accompaniment to all red meat, grills and robust casseroles. This wine is recommended to be served at a temperature of approx. 16-18°C.

Ripe berry fruit nose with some herbal tones. Good mouth feel with sweet fruit notes and juicy tannins, smooth access to palate. Well structured, fine background, rounded, subtle oak notes. Serve at 16-18°C for full flavour. Excellent with grilled meats and steaks.
Los Pastos Cabernet Sauvignon is smooth and easy drinking and packed with ripe blackcurrant flavour with a warming peppery finish. Serve at cool room temperature as it is, or enjoy with roast or grilled red meats, game and mature hard cheeses.
