The Cuvée Rosé Laurent-Perrier was created in 1968 using bold, innovative ‘savoir-faire’ methods learnt from production of still wines called ‘Coteaux Champenois’. Held in an elegant wine bottle inspired by King Henri IV. Precise and very crisp. Wide range of small red fruits: strawberries, redcurrants, raspberries and black cherries. Its amazing freshness is the dominating note.
The nose has hints of ripe summer fruits with subtle hints of spice. The taste is soft and creamy with red fruit flavours and a long elegant finish.
Bollinger’s benchmark champagne, pale gold in colour, full bodied with velvety bubbles. Aromas of pear, spices and walnut. Rich and intense, this is a magnificent champagne.
